How We Work:

We normally start each new client relationship with a face to face meeting. This initial meeting is free and helps us get to know a little more about you, your financial situation and your future goals. It also gives you the opportunity to ask us questions and learn more about us and the financial planning process. Sometimes this initial meeting will highlight areas that you hadn’t considered where you may need advice.

Following the initial meeting we’ll write to you summarising our discussion and setting out the matters on which we will advise you. At this point we’ll tell you how much our advice will cost and ask you to agree to a maximum fee. We won’t charge you for any work until we’ve agreed on the fee that you’ll pay.

We communicate with you in a way that suits you. Although we have to send you written advice we understand that this might not be the best way for you to understand our recommendations. So we’re happy to discuss any advice over the phone or face to face; if you can’t make a meeting we can use Skype, Facetime or video calling.

We focus on providing you with an ongoing service and pride ourselves on building lasting client relationships; a number of our clients have been with us since we started giving advice over 20 years ago. Changes to your situation, financial products or rules and regulations mean that regular reviews of your finances are all part of good financial planning.
